34 MM Extruder Co-Rotating Twin Screw

Used Leistritz laboratory compounding extruder having (2) 34mm diameter co-rotating intermeshing screws. Barrel consists of (7) sections allowing for a 24/1 L/D ratio. (2) sections have liquid injectiion and one (1) section is vented and plugged.

PP Compounding Line

We want to produce calcium carbonate filled PP compound. The loading of filler (calcium carbonate) will be in the range of 80% to 85%

We have already procured low output machines and are thereforee looking at machines in the range of 1800 kgs/hr to 2500 kg/hr output

We would also like to produce LLDPE compound with 80-85% CaCo3 loading on the same machine.
