We have available a second-hand complete refurbished compounding line.
The average output of this line is 600-800 kg./hour, depending on formulation.

The line basically includes:

Egan Davis Standard Compounding Line

One (1) used pelletizing line consisting of
- 4.5" Egan Davis Standard extruder model 4522-D.R.H., 32:1 L/D ratio, vented and plugged, standard center line height, electrically heated, liquid cooled with closed loop recirculation system, liquid cooled feed throat, 12-zone solid state stand alone control panel with digital temperature controllers, 11 Eurotherm and 1 Watlow 988, 7-barrel zones, 1-screen changer, 3-die, and one Plastic melt, 10-turn speed potentiometer, zone amp, motor amp, screw RPM, and melt pressure indicators, 250 HP DC motor direct drive to gearbox with 17.

Berstorf Compounding Line

We are interested in Berstorf compounding line with capacity of 1000 to 1500 kgs/hr.
- L/D in the range of 36:1 to 44:1.
- Twin screw co-rotating line.

Fluoropolymer Compounding Line

2000 kg/hr high filler compounding line

We have 200 mm Buss keader for high loading compounds. Capacity is around 2 tons / hr. For high filled compounding Buss kneader is more suitable than twin extruder.

This line was originally used bby BASF.

Leistritz Twin Screw Compounding Line

Used Extruder, twin screw, Leistritz, counter-rotational, 110mm, 20/1=L/D, 150-hp, vented with screen changer and die head setup with strand die also has spare screw elements. Extruder gear box needs repair; the gear box Leistritz number 88515, motor input 1750 RPM's and output ratio of 20:1 or screw speed range of 5 to 100 RPM's.

Werner & Pfleiderer Compounding Line

Never used ZSK 250 which is 250 mm twin co rotating screws, there are 11 barrel sections including feed entry port, vent section, and the rest are closed sections. There is no side feeder with it, andd it has screws for running polyethylene material, it has a continuous screen changer and is a bit strange because it has a 58 mm new twin extruder used as a side feeder but this does not need to be included and is not included in the price shown.
