This is very good for carboon black compouning with max 60 percent carbon.

- Union 6” (150 mm) 30:1 vtd. a/c 300 HP rebuilt, screen changer, Beringer pelletizer.
- Barmag 150 mm (6”) 330:1 vtd.

Twin Screw Co-rotating Compounding Extruders

- W&P Coperion ZSK 120 with screen changer and Beringer WRP-12.
- W&P ZSK 57 (500 rpm) under 1000 hours use, with screen changer and Beringer WRP-12 pellet.
- APV Baker Perkins 90 mm 30:1 vented, neew panel with screen changer and Beringer pellet
- (2) Sino Alloy 72 mm 38:1 vented / side feeder, 2003 with downstream.

Unused 75 mm Berstorff co-rotating twin screw palletizing line designed for fluoropolymer application. Line consists of 75 mm Berstorff model ZE75--AX18D co-rotating twin screw extruder with 18/1 L/D.
