The plant was expanded and totally re-built: 2001

- Two new reactors
- New drying system
- New screening
- Expanded coating capacity
- New packaging line
- New waste gas burning unit
- New cooling tower
- Adding or renewing of different buffer tanks and day tanks as well as some other parts and components of the plant

2001 - 2009: several items like screens, etc.

- 38:1 L:D vented and side feeder included
- Drive motor: 30 HP
- Used for lab / R&D purposes only
- Complete control panel
- Touch screen barrel sections and screws hardened long life type, all drives.

800 kg to 1000 kg/hour Compounding Line

We are looking for a compounding line of the following specifications:
- Leistritz, Werner Pfleiderer or Berstorff twin screw co-rotative extruder
- L / D 34 plus or minus 4
- Throughput: 800 kg - 1000 kg/hour
- Screws: Shafts with mixing elements on, which can be remove to customize overall screw profile
- One gazing port (with SIHI pump)
- One on line interchangeable polymer screen (Trendelkamp or Kreyenborg)
- After the screen a 3 way valve (discharge head) in order to allow to purge before closing it and going to the die
- Under Water pelletizer (Gala type 6 or 7)
- Complete dryer system (Gala)
- Die holes: 3.
