Used Berstorff model ZE90AX31DUT ultra torque co-rotating twin screw extruder having two 97 mm diameter intermeshing screws with a 31/1 L/D ratio. Electrically heated, water cooled barrel consists of six sections: (4) closed, (1) feed (open) and (1) vacuum vent section.
